These terms are an agreement between you and SuperServe, the trading name of Samar Pathania, a sole proprietor in India ("we", "us"), for the mobile game Traffic Masala (the "game"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game. The terms of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) also apply.

2. Licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its art, characters, music, sounds, text and code belong to SuperServe or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
3. Fair play
Please do not cheat, hack, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the game, use bots or exploits, interfere with its ads or purchases, or resell anything from it. We may stop providing the game to anyone who does.
4. In-game rupees and items
Rupees (₹), rides, upgrades and cosmetics in the game are virtual items. They have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred or sold. You get a licence to use them in the game, not ownership. Progress is stored on your device, so it can be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or change phones.
5. Purchases
Optional purchases are sold and processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their payment, refund and cancellation rules apply. Prices are shown in the store before you pay. Except where the law or the store's own policy requires otherwise, purchases are final. If a purchase did not arrive, see Support; NO FORCED ADS can be restored from the Bazaar after reinstalling.
6. Ads
The game is supported by ads. Rewarded ads are optional; interstitial ads may appear between rides unless you buy NO FORCED ADS. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content or for products they promote. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use data.
7. Just a game
Traffic Masala is a comedy game. Pushing cars, ignoring brakes and racing through cities are things to do on screen only. Please follow traffic rules on real roads, and never play while driving or walking in traffic. Characters and films in the game are fictional; any resemblance to real people is coincidental.
8. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop the game or any feature, including the balance of rupees and prices of virtual items, at any time. We may update these terms; continuing to play after an update means you accept it.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, SuperServe is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in.
11. Your consumer rights in the EU, EEA and UK
Withdrawal. The game is free to download. Optional purchases are digital content delivered to you straight away. When you buy, you ask for delivery to start at once and accept that you lose the usual 14-day right of withdrawal once it has been delivered. Google Play or the Apple App Store confirms this at checkout.
Faulty content. If the game or something you bought does not work as described, you have the remedies the law gives you, such as having it fixed or getting a refund. Write to us and we will put it right. Store refunds are also available under Google Play's and Apple's own policies.
12. Complaints and contact
For any question or complaint, including about these terms, a purchase or content in the game, email srocky@gmail.com. We reply in English or Hindi, and aim to reply within 7 days.
